When I created this painting, my goal was to convey a vivid reflection of my sensory experiences. The vibrant colours capture the intensity of the sensory input I frequently encounter, bringing everyday scenes to life.
The ethereal quality, with its blurred lines and soft edges, mirrors my complex and fluid emotional landscape. The diffused light and gentle transitions between colors reflect how my emotions blend and sometimes overwhelm me.
The silhouettes of people scattered throughout resonate with my social experiences. The varying distances and activities represent different levels of social engagement, showcasing my diverse ways of connecting with others.
Nature, depicted with abundant trees and foliage, feels like a haven. It offers a calming and restorative environment, providing a break from sensory overload and social complexities. The open space symbolizes a sanctuary for peace and introspection.
