"I paint sanctuaries of light and colour to help you find calm within chaos"
I'm Simon, a neurodivergent South London artist creating therapeutic watercolours that transform spaces into sanctuaries of calm. My ADHD journey has taught me the profound healing power of gentle observation and mindful creation.
From Carshalton's historic ponds to Surrey's healing therapy rooms, my work bridges the gap between art and wellbeing, offering visual refuges in our increasingly overwhelming world.
